- Measurement : MVC model is built by collecting data carefully and utilizing machine learning methods.
- Analysis : Distribute the work in to individual specialized teams and analyze each part’s success stories and quality results.
- Improvement : Divide the steps to derive the correct improvement measures and evaluate them. After the evaluation is completed, we move on to the next step.
- Control : Establish and proceed with a continuous management plan through operation. Identify all the possible expected effects and share the process and results.
